This light oil serum is a perfect replacement for your anti aging face cream and eye cream. No worries if you love your creams, just use a few drops of this amazing face oil serum underneath to boost their effectiveness. It is a light serum that sinks in without leaving any greasy feel.

Ingredients in My Face & under Eye Oil Serum

My Face Oil and anti aging Eye Oil serum contains the best anti aging oils, ceramides, antioxidants, vitamins, and other actives, which are very beneficial to the skin. Fresh batches are made frequently (and thus each bottle retains its potency) unlike the big brand names' creams and serums which remain on shelves for months if not years. There are many oil serums on the market but they do not come close to the best face oil available here. Please take some time to go through the following ingredients' description:

  1. Prickly Pear seed Oil, also known as Barbary Fig Oil: nourishes, softens, and moisturizes skin and helps to prevent premature aging and wrinkle formation. It is the most expensive non volatile botanical oil used in skincare and that is the reason only a few skincare product lines contain this very beneficial oil. Prickly Pear seed oil possesses a high percentage (over 80%) of unsaturated fatty acids with a linoleic acid (Omega 6) content of 60% and Oleic acid (Omega 9) content of 25% approximately. It helps to: restore skin elasticity, brighten complexion, tighten pores, improve the appearance of under eye shadows, which results in an over smooth and refined skin texture. These unsurpassed benefits of Prickly Pear seed oil/ Barbary Fig oil make it a very desirable oil to be included in any luxury, anti aging face oil blend. Even though this is an amazing oil for skin, it is not a stand alone ingredient; I have added it at an optimum concentration along with many other beneficial ingredients in my Face Oil and under Eye Oil Serum.
  2. Caviar Oil: is a very light oil and readily sinks into the skin without any greasy feel and is one of the best moisturizers for skin of all types, even sensitive skin. It is a very rich source of triglycerides and phospholipids; contains high amounts of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids, which help to replenish skin lipids, provide emolliency, and helps to give aging and wrinkled skin its youthful bounce and suppleness. It is loaded with natural vitamin E and vitamin A, which provides caviar oil with its free radical scavenging and skin cell turnover rate enhancing properties. Nutritious caviar oil, rich in EFAs, vitamins and minerals, feeds skin cells and helps to retexturize the skin while improving resiliency. This luxurious, anti age eye oil serum for face and eyes contains a very expensive, super fine caviar oil derived from aquacultured American Sturgeon.
  3. Emu Oil: is a great moisturizer for all skin types but is a miracle oil for dry, mature, and irritated skin. It soothes skin and provides immediate hydration upon topical application. Also helps to hold moisture, plumps up skin’s underlying layers and thus helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It is a potent anti inflammatory oil and so effective that people also take it internally for aches and pains but please note that emu oil available from us is for topical use only. Due to its anti inflammatory properties, long term use of emu oil is considered a weapon against inflammaging of the skin.
  4. Shark Liver Oil: is a very potent anti inflammatory oil. It stimulates new cell growth, helps in wound healing, helps to prevent scarring, and reduces the appearance of existing scars. Shark liver oil is rich in squalene, which is part of the natural moisturization arsenal of our skin. Shark liver oil helps to detoxify skin, relieve clogged pores, and with continued use improves the appearance of skin laxity, fine lines and wrinkles. Shark liver oil is also a good source of Omega 3 fatty acids. Please note that cod liver oil does not possess the same qualities as shark liver oil when it comes to skincare or otherwise.
  5. Arctic Cloudberry Seed Oil: As the name suggests, Cloudberries are most abundant in areas around the Arctic Circle; Cloudberry is one of the few flowering plants to have spread to the farthest north due to its ability to survive temperatures of -40ºF. This oil has exceptional emollient properties and soothes dry and irritated skin and does so without leaving any greasy feel. Cloudberry seed oil also helps to build collagen in the skin, strengthen it, and prevent signs of skin aging by providing the very beneficial Omega 3 and Omega 6 essential fatty acids, phytosterols, vitamins A, C & E. It is also a well known oil for improving skin radiance and brightness due to its amazing detoxification properties. Several studies have shown it to be one of the most effective antioxidants to prevent oxidation of skin's structure.
  6. Mink Oil: This expensive and amazing oil is the base of my Face & under Eye oil serum. Mink oil not only has the finest absorption properties of any known oils but it also enhances the penetration of other beneficial ingredients. I use a very fine, refined, and 100% pure Mink oil, which is sourced from a supplier right here in USA. Being rich in palmitoleic acid (Omega 7), mink oil leaves a non-greasy, silky smooth, satiny finish upon application and is not only an excellent moisturizer but also improves skin elasticity. Why I use mink oil in my products? Simple, there is no alternative for this remarkable oil when it comes to skincare; and it is Godsend for the delicate under eye area! Some say that macadamia nut oil could be an alternative to mink oil but no, it is not; I have tried macadamia  nut oil and even though it is a good oil, it does not even come close to the moisturization properties of mink oil. No anti aging face and eye cream or face oil serum should be without the miraculous Mink oil! However this oil needs to be mixed with the right ingredients to truly perform its miracles and that is exactly what I have done in my serum. Please visit the Amazing Ingredients' page to read much more on this amazing oil.
  7. Pomegranate Seed Oil:  has excellent nourishing, protective and moisturizing properties. Very rich in antioxidants, this is an amazing oil for mature and aging skin particularly the delicate under eye skin. It contains high amount of conjugated fatty acids; the specific fatty acid unique to pomegranate seed oil is Punicic Acid. Punicic acid hydrates the skin, prevents moisture loss, reduces skin inflammation, improves elasticity, and aids in skin repair. I would not use any  moisturizing face & eye cream or oil serum which did not have pomegranate seed oil! A Study: Chemopreventive effects of pomegranate seed oil on skin tumor development in CD1 mice.
  8. Argan Oil:  is rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids and helps to provide skin moisturization. Good absorption properties with no greasy feel! In addition to being a very effective moisturizer for all skin types including sensitive skin, it also helps with acne and with relieving skin congestion and clogged pores.
  9. Evening Primrose Oil: is very hydrating and calming to dry and irritated skin. It is a rich source of essential fatty acids particulalry linoleic acid (LA)  of the omega 6 family; evening primrose oil is also rich in Gamma linolenic acid (GLA).  Both LA and GLA are important for healthy skin since they are structural components of cell membranes. Healthy cell membranes are very important for the skin cells to function properly as they act as “gate-keepers”  and maintain the epidermal barrier function that keeps moisture locked in and toxins out. This reduces the irritancy caused by skin-irritating noxious substances. EFAs help to ensure the integrity and proper functions of the epidermal layer of the skin, which maintains the skin barrier system and regulates moisture loss. GLA also gets converted into a potent compound known as prostaglandin , which helps modulate normal skin physiologic processes by improving blood flow and reducing inflammation, as well as reducing water loss. Evening primrose oil is a strong oil and should be used in appropriate concentrations for long term topical applications.
  10. Pracaxi Oil:  Pracaxi seed oil  helps to deeply hydrate the skin due to it's very high behenic acid content and promote cellular renewal. It is a well known oil to prevent and reduce scars and many cosmetic surgeons recommend it to their patients after surgery. One of the best oils to revitalize dry, dull, and leathery skin and helps to make it look radiant with a healthy glow. Also helps to balance natural sebum production, reduce pore size, and improve the appearance of orange peel texture. A Study: The Effectiveness of Fatty Acids from Pracaxi Oil in a Topical Silicone Base for Scar and Wound Therapy.
  11. Milk Lipid Extract: is extracted from cow's milk and is an amazing emollient for all ages but especially for mature and aging skin. Being rich in palmitic acid and vitamin A, milk lipid extract moisturizes skin, nourishes skin cells, and imparts it a radiant glow; great addition to a well formulated face oil.
  12. Tamanu Oil: has astonishing ability to regenerate skin and speeds up wound healing many folds. Tamanu oil contains coumarins  and three novel and unique compounds, namely  calophyllic acid, calophyllolide, and lactones. It is anti inflammatory, skin regenerating, antimicrobial, and an antioxidant oil and one of the best to help congested, acne prone skin. This oil also provides long term sun damage protection. ( Please note that it is not a replacement for a sunblock). Tamanu oil is a highly active oil and must be used in appropriate concentrations for long term use.
  13. Virgin Coconut Oil: is well know for its skin softening and moisturizing properties. Coconut Oil is primarily composed of saturated fatty acids (over 90%), with a good percentage (over 60%) of Medium Chain Fatty Acids (Lauric acid, Myristic acid, Caprylic aid, Capric acid, Caproic acid) among them. Due to their good moisturization ability and long shelf life, Caprylic and Capric acid are usually isolated from coconut oil for skincare use. Lauric acid, the most abundant fatty acid found in coconut oil, along with Caprylic and Capric acid also exhibit strong antimicrobial properties against bacteria, fungus, and viruses that can cause dermal infections including acne. Coconut oil is readily absorbed in the skin without leaving any greasy feel If used in appropriate concentration.
  14. Ceramide 3:  Ceramide 3 helps to improve epidermal integrity while providing protection from photo damage, stress, surfactants, and low humidity conditions. Ceramides add a lovely satiny feel to the skin. Ceramides 3, in my own experience, reduces the appearance of those fine, under eye lines and crepey skin that is brought on during smiling; I attribute this to the superior moisturization quality of ceramides. No best face cream, eye cream or anti aging face and eye oil serum should be without this wonderful ingredient! Ceramides are very expensive and many skincare companies which use it do so in such a low concentration that it is not able to fully provide its benefits; I have used these ceramides at an optimum level so that you will definitely benefit from its awesome properties. Please visit the Amazing Ingredients' page of my hand balm to read more on ceramide 3.
  15. Gamma Oryzanol: is extracted from rice bran oil and has potent antioxidant activity and this is the chemical what makes rice bran oil so special in asian skincare regimen. Its chemical structure gives it biologic properties similar to those of ferulic acid, but it is oil soluble and very readily penetrates the skin to do its wonders. In addition to being an antioxidant, it is a UV absorber and a skin brightener. (Please note that it is not a replacement for a sunblock)
  16. Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate/ Vitamin C:  is a very stable, oil-soluble form of Vitamin C and unlike ascorbic acid, it is not irritating to the skin and is a good alternative for sensitive skin types.  It has has anti-oxidant activity and  inhibits lipid peroxidation. Studies have shown that it stimulates collagen production as well as clarifies and brightens the skin by inhibiting melanogenesis (the production of pigment) thus promoting a more even skin tone. Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate is one of the most expensive form of vitamin C available and is totally worth it!
  17. Liquid Crystal: is a mix of Cholesterol derivatives, namely Cholesteryl Oleyl Carbonate, Cholesteryl Nonanoate, and Cholesteryl Chloride and adds a luxurious feel to any anti aging eye cream, face cream or face oil serum. It provides nutrition and emolliency to the skin; readily absorbs into the skin and in doing so carries other beneficial ingredients with it. Liquid crystal is very very beneficial for the delicate under eye skin. It also has special optical properties; it reflects light and minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
  18. Co Enzyme Q10: a very powerful, oil soluble antioxidant, which also helps to revitalize the aging mitochondria, increase ATP production, and helps in collagen synthesis. A natural and very effective alternative to Idebenone, the main ingredient in Prevage and Prevage MD, Co Q10 helps to promote spotless, radiant, and younger looking skin and a must have in any good face & eye cream or oil serum.
  19. Alpha Lipoic Acid: Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) is good and essential for cell function. Older skin may be "starved" of this very important antioxidant and cofactor. Another must have ingredient to be included in any anti aging hand cream or balm. Dr Nicholas Perricone loves alpha lipoic acid and uses it in many of his anti aging face and eye creams including his very heavily promoted Cold Plasma' Sub-D.
  20. Astaxanthin: is a potent antioxidant that enhances the immune system and reduces the acute inflammatory reaction of the skin and underlying tissue that occurs following excessive exposure to UV radiation. Carotenoids in general, and especially astaxanthin, protect cells against oxidation and a must have in any good anti age face and eye oil serum or cream. Surprisingly most anti aging eye creams and face creams do not have this highly active ingredient. Please check out this study: Cosmetic benefits of astaxanthin on humans subjects.
  21. Lycopene: This carotenoid is the antioxidant “heart” of tomatoes,  and is responsible for many of its health benefits. Lycopene is a great antioxidant and it traps singlet oxygen. All best face creams, eye creams or face oil serums should have lycopene!  A study: Cutaneous concentration of lycopene correlates significantly with the roughness of the skin.
  22. Olive Oil Unsaponifiables: is derived from olive oil and is rich in squalane, squalene, phytosterols, and glycolipids. This helps in restoring and strengthening the very important skin barrier function, and thus helping skin to fight off the environmental stresses it faces on a daily basis.
  23. Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol ): Balances epidermal growth, keratinization, and inflammation. Great to use for psoriasis, dry (xerotic) skin, and “flakiness”; vitamin D3 is also photoprotective.  ( Please not that this is NOT a replacement for a sun block). A study: Assessing the Relationship between Vitamin D3 and Stratum Corneum Hydration for the Treatment of Xerotic Skin.
  24. Pro Vitamin A/ Beta Carotene: is a very effective oil soluble antioxidant. In addition, Beta carotene, which is also know as pro vitamin A gets converted into retinol within our skin and enhances  epidermal proliferation, increases collagen production, and also helps in increasing elastin production and its proper assembly in the skin. Result is radiant, youthful skin and unlike Retin A and retinol, Beta Carotene is non irritating and even sensitive skin types tolerate it well.
  25. Leutin: When topically applied, lutein helps to  provide protection against UV-induced redness, inflammation, and wrinkling of the skin. It also helps to maintain and improve skin smoothness, elasticity, and hydration. There are not many face & eye creams on the market which contains this valuable ingredient.
  26. Vitamin E & Tocotrienols: Last but not least, these are potent antioxidants which help skin fight free radicals and other environmental stresses and help to preserve it's youthful resiliency.
